This was so good. Pretty simple recipe too.
Tenderize chicken breast halves, season with salt + pepper, dredge in flour + egg + Panko bread crumbs, fry them in hot vegetable oil 2 minutes on each side for a crust, bake in the oven over al dente pasta – top with lots of mozzarella cheese before and after. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on afterwards. Serve.
